The question is what is my only purpose in life, what is God’s gift to the world and what Spiritual Gift do I possess. My initial response to the question is this. I exist solely to worship and praise God with every fiber my being and by offering myself as a living sacrifice to HIM. As the Apostle Paul so expressively and powerfully stated, “For in him we live, and move, and have our being Acts. 17:28.” I am not my own, I belong to God and God is in me. For I know that someday, I will receive a crown of life. However, in the meantime, the following verse is my epitaph, Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is 1st John 3:2. God gave the world three gifts and in my opinion, in the following order of importance: First - The of Gift of life: – “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth” (Genesis 1:26). Second – The Gift of salvation by God’s prevenient Grace. That is, God’s divine grace that precedes our human collaboration or decision. It exists prior to and without reference to anything we may have done. As humans, the effects of our sin corrupt us. Prevenient grace allows us to engage our God-given free will to choose the salvation offered by God in Jesus Christ or to reject that salvific offer. “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6). For God loved the world so much, that Jesus came and offered himself as a sacrifice for “my” sin. The blood of Jesus Christ now
