Above, I stated why the topics should be addressed and how important it is for children to have organizations to help better themselves, by being healthy, social, a developing the skills that they should by having open play and encounter with parents, friends, teachers and families. Next, information was given on how important nurture can be for children. Children receive nurturing through social-emotional development and cognitive growth development. Then we went on to discuss the long-term goals, which I believe that they will excel to the highest extreme. Last, we discussed the effectiveness and showed evidence of how it will be effective.
The idea of a predictable and unpredictable life events involves generalisation. For some people issues like divorce or redundancy may be predictable, but other people may not have expected to be divorced or lose their job. Predictable life changes One event that is often predicted is when our children start school/nursery. There will be positive learning from this experience as the child will then learn to socialise with other children and make new friendships with them. The child will learn to share toys and develop a better vocabulary by listening to others talking.

Assessment criteria 3.2 Social organisations and relationships within the class room are again another great learning tool. If you group children together and work with them on tasks within the curriculum, they will start to develop a strong learning relationship. You could see that the group dynamics will often change on particular tasks, where a more confident child on this task will take lead over a more confident child on another task. If the children see the adults within the class react well and interact with other children, they will get a better response from them. Children are put into groups in order to give them the best learning potential and for their learning to be appropriate for their age and level of understanding.
We need to make sure that a range of play opportunities are provided to encourage this, and ensure that we provide materials that are stimulating and attractive, whilst encouraging children to make choices and to take responsibility for their play. Most children between this age group may have close friends and will still play with both genders. A child should have started school and will be able to enjoy their independence although still needing comfort and reassurance. By now a good sense of self-awareness (both positive and negative) will have been developed. Children around this age are able to form firm friendships which helps them to understand boundaries and why they are necessary. At school they may be responsible for being class helpers,

The value of the cognitive approach is to enable children to understand the environment around them it’s also helpful in a situation whereby the development of a service user is an issue. Cognitive perspective helps service users such as children to explore with their hands and feet during early developments. However, cognitive perspective also assists children boost their knowledge and the understanding of self, others, and the physical world around them. In other words they develop the very spirit of play and encourage imagination and improves social skills. Through play a child learns about himself and the others around him which in turn teaches him how to deal with others in the wider world.
This is important in children to build their creativity and language skills by learning how to get their ideas across to others. In the work setting it is also very important to share ideas and thoughts, perhaps about a new activity or a way to tackle a challenging child. Good communication is essential in order in work effectively with small children and parents. Without communication it would be impossible to meet the needs of not only the children we would be caring for but also the parents who put their trust in you to take care of their most precious gift of all.
