What most people take for granted is what people with disabilities wish they could accomplish as easy as those without disabilities.
Student Carol Siskin wrote a comparison-contrast essay titled “The Virtues of Growing Older.” She delves into issues of how many people wish to be young again although age definitely has its advantages. Being older you have already made most life-decisions, whereas youth-decisions are around every corner. With the progression of age comes self-assurance and the realization of knowing who one is. You are familiar with and are often satisfied with the results of your decisions. Youth is full of questions and indecisiveness.

Learning how to be mature but still fun and young hearted is a must to stay healthy in EMS.
It is true that youth has a lot to teach the older generation in the present day world. There is no denying the fact, that older people generally have more experience, skill, and knowledge. Nevertheless, the younger generation has a considerable amount to teach their elders, too. Below, I would like to focus on the three aspects of the influence young people can have on the old ones. They are technology, open mindedness, and judgmental.
Building on the trust if they have an issue, I feel that the children are able to come and talk to me, and be honest with me if something difficult has happened e.g. fighting. 2.1 How to establish respectful, professional relationships with adults It is imperative that an adult has a respectful, professional relationship with adults. Even though, we as adults have our own ideas and thoughts on various different things, we also should respect others.
