A local business that I visit frequently is Sincerely Yours. Sincerely Yours is a locally owned and operated shop that offers gifts, paper products, cards, and so much more. One of the main components of this store is the quality products that they offer to the consumers. The owner of the store talks with the shoppers to find out if there is anything that someone is looking for specifically and will do her best to get that particular product or something similar or close to it. The owner will use her resources in order to supply the shoppers with products that are popular or a brand that is being requested.

Consumers still experience a limited product selection during the season, but the overall satisfaction during the peak times will help sustain customer loyalty. As season products change, the employees should stay current as to what products will be available, and when shipments arrive. The more knowledgeable the employee is, the more trust the customer will have in the business as a whole. Empowering employees with experience will allow them to help the public successfully resulting in an overall customer service experience that will set them apart from other local grocery store chains.
By coordinating with other businesses many people that are without food can be helped. Finally, I would love to be able to offer a partnership with an organization like United Way or the Red Cross and work with them to fill other community needs like cleaning up parks or creating play grounds for families. Offering my employees the opportunity to also partner with these organizations would create more unity within my restaurant without putting pressure on anyone that might not want to volunteer. Also these partnership would allow any of my employees that might be in need of assistance from this organizations to have access for friends, family or for

I recognize that people think students will take advantage of this privilege however I think that if this privilege was given students would fight the
