These organizations are formed to better their community by providing services who are in demand of some sort. Without organizations that provide services at no charge to their communities, many individuals would take their lives with no other alternative. A massive layoff by a business decreases the business’s expenses because they will have fewer employees on the payroll. The business will also have less production and may have less income as a result. A household is affected by a layoff because an entire income is lost. When a household loses an income, spending is decreased to compensate for that loss. Businesses also suffer when massive layoffs occur.
He used his own money and fundraisers to give back to a better cause and that was to save lives and make the community around him a better place. He was doing so by saving lives; using money he donated to have women use for breast cancer surgeries and procedures. Not only did he save their lives but lots of money since a procedure like that doesn’t come cheap at all. He even helped the youth by setting up his camps, building playgrounds, and even gyms. This showed that he was passionate for the kid’s safety.
These committees are broken down into organizing the pep rally’s, meetings with parents, support groups, and after school programs such as big brother big sister’s and boys and girls club. These members want a better and safer community. Something that all members can look forward to is a better a safer community. The board members are going to provided more of their time than rest of the organization. The organization will begin its funding through donations.
Preamble Human services is a profession that has really developed over the twenthieth century in helping with the needs and problems of people in need. Human service providers don’t discriminate on diversity of their clients but they help all human beings that are in need of the help and support. The human service professional takes pride inwhat they do and they do all they can to promote and encourage their unique values. They do all of these things to enhance the growth of their professional life to better help their clients. Human service professionals follow these set of ethical standards set here to help in their decision making when it comes to their profession.
The money they give them will help them a lot and will help them “not worry about the money and set the time aside to grieve for the lost loved one and begin the process of healing” said Brown. This charity was a good idea because the families that have been affected don’t have to focus on getting the money when they can be focusing on getting their life back in order. I am currently in a position to re-enter the world of working with children. I currently volunteer once a week at Redgrave Charity Shop. It is an amazing opportunity to be involved in the community and serve those in need. I enjoy making a difference- even it is only a small difference. I enjoy artistic and creative activities.
