Vegetarians vs. Meat Eaters

During the last 20 years more and more people decided to cut from their daily menu any meat or fish products for particular reasons. But how far this decision will affect their daily life and are they really aware of the consequences of this fact? Most of the vegetarian people took this decision as a result of the fact that they are not really pleased of the way which meat or fish products are prepared, stored and presented to customers. There is a true reason behind all this fears, because many times we hear about emergencies caused by food poisoning, which can occur usually when the meat is not fresh or not enough cooked. On the other side, when this particular group avoid eating meat they don’t realize that human body has a particular structure and for a proper well function any of us needs a balanced diet, based on proteins, glucoses and lipids. All of us should know that meat is a very strong source of Iron for our body and the lack of it in the blood cells might easily develop Anemia symptoms. The fish as well contains a very important quantity of Omega three, which help our immune system to fight against infections and other external germs. I met a few people who decided to change completely their lifestyle and also this included their daily diet as well. Apparently they seemed to be happy and actually they mentioned that they feel much better since they eat only dairy and vegetarian products. Personally, I agree that from time to time human body needs a change and a diet based on fruits and vegetables is very welcomed, especially during the summer time. Combined with a range of activities to entertain the body, mind and spirit, this might be successful recipe for a long, happy life.
