Multiple victims who are hurt from being bullied are starting to fail in school. There are many effects on bullying and some samples are thinking about suicide, scared of coming to school, and beginning to not care about school. There has been a great increase in deaths because of students getting bullied. The bullies scare the students so much that they do not want to come to school

Parents and authorities are worried about what they can do to avoid crimes in school settings because this problem leads to many lost lives and hurt people like the one massacre of the innocent students at Sandy Hook School in Connecticut. If a student is being bullied at schools they may start to missed school as well as skip classes or even dropped at of school. People who ted to bully others had being bullied sometime in the past. People who bully others at time may do it because they are not being love or getting the attention they one from their loves one. There are many types of bullying. Bullying could happen in many forms, it could be cyber, verbal or physical.

The teachers unknowing pass the ideas that they learned as a child onto their students, who also do not realize that it is being done to them. <br> Peggy Orenstein very effectively tackles the question "are boys and girls treated differently in school?" (Italicized paragraphs 7). She concluded from her field studies in junior high schools that the teacher sometimes treats boys and girls differently in the classroom. She also admits that boys and girls do have many differences, which cause them to behave differently.
More so, it is being done internally by teachers (Falk, 616). The stakes are so high they manipulate test results by keeping certain students out of the testing environment. It has been reported that kids were purposely held back so that their performance will not bring down the test scores that the more intelligent students submit. I agree with that Lindsay Jillson argues about how standardized testing has jeopardized a student’s future because of the sanctions that are given to them for being less intelligent. I just do not understand why the main focus of our education has to be all about test.
The broken windows, terrible condition of the school position the readers to show pity for the children studying in the schools. The two students in the cartoons also appeal to the reader’s emotion as they wish the school had facilities. This shows that state schools are poorly resourced due to the lack of “shelter sheds” and other important resources to provide the children with a good study environment. The editor concludes by saying “We ought to grasp it”. By placing a strong inclusive sentence at the end creates an impact on the reader.
Growing up in rough times means rough times in some schools. In Columbine High School Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold were the victims of bullying throughout high school (Moore). People probably ridiculed them and picked on them because they were considered weird. The bullying and anger got to them and that is probably what caused them to breakdown. Growing up I was bullied plenty of times by insensitive students.
They stress day and night over these overrated tests, like previously stated channeling out the imagination, curiosity and good will. Besides being an imprecise measure for students, they use them to judge a teacher’s performance as well, essentially used to either reward or punish them. Standardized test are not helping us very much right now. In conclusion, the usage of standardized tests should be discontinued or by the very least lessened. These tests are not helping people, it’s initially having a negative effect on students and teachers.
