I have what it takes I have what it takes to be a trailblazer. I know I am diligent and I can give the highest standards of excellence in my studies. Consequently, I tend to be disoriented in class, but when I set my mind to put great effort with my studies, I make it. I believe that my English and communication skills are commendable. English has always been my greatest asset since preparatory. I am inclined to writing essays, reading books, studying other cultures and pointing out my opinions. I also have a great love for freedom combined with a deep sense of responsibility, leadership and active cooperation for the common good of the University and of the society. I can also be an asset to the Fire starters cheering squad. I enjoy cheerleading very much and am currently part of my school’s pep squad. I know I can develop the capacity for critical analysis and positive appraisal of social problems. And freely form my own convictions and proposals for the solution of these problems within the ambit of legitimate pluralism. Lastly, I have incredible love for work; I am independent in performing different tasks and have order & joy with what I do. There are fairly a lot of things I want to achieve but, as a starter, I get myself on the right track and work hard. As far as I know of, the Political Economy program of the University of Asia and the Pacific is the only program of its kind in the country today. And that the program offers a specialization in International Relations and Development. This will make my Political Economy training more relevant to today’s globalizing world. I believe an education from a school as prestigious as UA&P would allow me to maximize my potential in my fields of interest.
