Monday’s Scenario Question 1 Answers a) Ms. Jones, explain in your own words, what happened?; b) Where were you going?; c) Do you wear glasses?; d) What did you say to the police or anyone else?; and e) Are there any other witnesses that you can think of? In the conference room, we will create a warm and confortable atmosphere provided with assorted drinks, tea, coffee and tissue for the clients use. Question 2 Answers Obtain copies of Reports a) Copies of Police Report (provided by client); b) Contact responding officer; and c) Request an insurance company report Visit the Accident Scene a) Take photographs; and b) Measure distances, if any Contact Witnesses a) Arrange to meet at the scene, if possible; b) Ask what they saw at the time of the accident; c) Find out the time frame of the accident; d) Ask whether they saw anyone else at the scene; and e) Determine whether the witness is a positive or negative one Follow up with client.
