Explain why or why not. I think there are many reasons a person will laugh at a joke that will put down other people. One such reason is immaturity. Having worked with teenagers I think that this is their favorite way to joke around. I think it makes them feel better about themselves.
Every one of us has a different view on what we find funny. Taking life too serious can really damage a sense of humor. Laughter is beneficial to one`s health, and can be the best medicine for the mind, body and soul. Developing a sense of humor can be attained quite easily by being able to laugh at yourself when you make little mistakes. This also makes other people comfortable to be around you when you can show a vulnerable side of yourself.
When a dilemma arises, my responsibility is to support individuals or their families to make informed choices. Even if I disagree with their decision, I can only give advice but can not force them. If an individual is willing to do something that involves some risk, I have to support people to make informed choices. Totally avoiding risks would limit individual’s choices and opportunities and it can lead to dependency and depression. I have to act in the person’s best interest but instead of encouraging them to avoid risks I have to support them and enable them to taking part in activities.
If one can remain completely honest their word would never be tarnished there by affording them more opportunities. An impeccable person demands your full trust. One of my personal beliefs is that there is never a real reason to lie. When one becomes perceived as a liar it becomes your human nature to protect yourself from them. However you may have felt about them before, you can’t help but distance yourself from them now.
In your view there is little to be gained from conflict and friction, so you seek to hold them to a minimum. When you know that the people around you hold differing views, you try to find the common ground. You try to steer them away from confrontation and toward harmony. In fact, harmony is one of your guiding values. You can’t quite believe how much time is wasted by people trying to impose their views on others.
Occasional arguments are good for friendship relationships. The trick is to learn how to do it fairly. Occasional arguments help us to learn how to better understand each other, gives us room to freely express ourselves, and they don’t allow problems about certain situations to build up one after another. An argument is defined as a reason or set of reasons given with the aim of persuading others that an action, idea, or thought is right or wrong. In order to have a friendship that works or is healthy you have to argue sometimes to better understand the other person.
Another key principal is maintaining a sense of humour, it causes people around you to ease up and relax, also you might find you have a similar sense of humour which is great to build relationships. Taking time to listen to
From this, the morally sound character, Stan, tells the audience that stereotyping people is wrong, but it is also good to be cautious of certain things. This doesn’t just appeal to one argument; it takes both viewpoints and acknowledges each one as if both are equally important. This kind of show plays a big impact on our lives because it teaches us how to be a better person. I myself have learned much from South Park, and each time a reminder is needed I just look back and have myself a nice laugh or
If they give a member of their kinship a good, they do not expect to receive something in its place right away. They do not keep tabs on what the values are. It eventually evens out. If the favor or good is not made even, then they might be hesitant to share in the future. (Nowak and Laird, 2010, Sections 3.3) This type of sharing is generous in that it will maintain relationships.
The individual's feelings and preferences are not considered. Having people make informed choices and emphasising freedom of choice helps to reduce abuse. Having a choice over even a small part of your care and life means you have control and you’re more independent. People need to know the pros and cons of all the options to decide for themselves and which one suits them best. No individual will choose something which could harm them.
