As a manager, I can see myself inspiring my subordinates to think, grow and take responsibility for them. I do this by demonstrating belief in what my staff members can accomplish. I believe that I can help people to improve, and I enjoy managing and supporting their efforts. Moreover, observing the best in people is important to me. In fact, my ability to combine an acceptance of others as they are with the inspiration and encouragement they need to become even better is what makes me a valuable mentor, manager, co-worker, and friend.
According to the U.S Census Bureau, college graduates that earn an advance degree (higher than a bachelor’s degree) will earn more than a million dollars more than a high school graduate that didn’t go to college over the course of 40 years. This means that a college graduate is able to go on trips, and have a nice car because their job pays more which means that they have a little extra money that they can spend on fun things/activities. For example, Grace Nicholson a close family friend struggled with not making enough money because she hadn’t graduated from college. She and her family were on foods stamps. They needed help paying their bills and they didn’t even have health insurance.
I can also review pass work to gain a further understanding and feel for what standards are expected for employees of the company. It shows a willingness to want to learn new knowledge and skills and the desire to build upon yourself. It also shows you are committed to the company and will undergo all required training. This will benefit both yourself and the company as it will expand your knowledge base and help to improve productivity and efficiency within your organisation.
It involves modeling the vision, forming teams, influencing them and aligning people to achieve the set goals. Leadership bears the responsibility of inspiring people and producing meaningful changes in the company. Leadership is therefore responsible for positioning people and organizations in the right positions. A good leader has the ability to articulate a vision and assign the right people the right tasks based on their talents. Leaders motivate their subordinates and in return obtain outstanding results from their employees.

Universities are not only about education anymore, they also are in the housing, entertainment, and food business. School administrators are enjoying a nice pay raise as well.
