In Act 2 Scene 2 for the first time the audience is given a close look to Caliban, who appeared only briefly in Act I. He appears now, cursing Prospero, and so, the depth of Caliban's animosity is quickly evident. This act is developed differently through the eyes of all the directors, who directed the film version of the play. To show these ideas I have chosen to interpret the BBC version and 2011 version. Act 2 Scene 2 in BBC's version developes from 48:41 to 59:53 which is 11 minutes and 12 seconds tottal length. It is build via different shots in various durations. The establishing shot is a medium shot of Caliban who is cursing Prospero.In the BBC version Caliban Is displayed as a very filthy and hairy creature on which the audience can't symphatize.The scene is about 30 seconds and the camera is stationary. Then the camera slowly starts to move forward to Caliban and we can see a tracking shot of him.Camera stops moving in a medium close-up shot which is short in its duration.Camera quickly shifts in a medium shot again of Trincalu who is looking for shelter from the coming storm.Again a medium close-up shot of Caliban who decides to hide from Trincalu as he falls to the ground and pulls his cloak over his body, leaving only his feet protruding.The next scene is showing us both Caliban lying on the ground and Trincalu approaching him,the camera is on low angel from the Caliban's level of the ground.It's a close-up shot of Caliban and a long shot of Trincalu.The movie continues with a medium shot of Trincalu who is looking at the black clouds and the storm coming. Then the camera quickly shifts in high angel stationary shot of Caliban's body lying on the ground.Director represents the Trincalu's point of view through the camera.In the next scene director uses again a tracking shot in low-angel as showing us Trincalu approching Caliban's body and
