The Role of Strategy Management in Business Operations The role of strategic management has been denoted as a very effective tool to bring success to our contemporary business operations. Over time, business has discovered that strategic management is the simple and organized way to create road for success in business organizations. It has been generally identified in the business environment that more organizations succeed using business strategy and those organizations that do not use strategic management meet with failure and ruin. Strategic management facilitates a business organization to foster the environment of forward thinking. In this process it shows a business: realistically, where they are as an organization, what are the long term aspirations for the organization and how to get where they want to be.
