1. Introduction:
Social Movements have a rich history that has changed at a rapid rate since New Media became widely used. Through the history the new media has been used broadly by social movements to teach, organize, share cultural products of movements, communicate, coalition build, and more. Nowadays The Internet is becoming increasingly important as a tool used by social movements. It is used for a variety of purposes by these movements. The Website may be employed as a place to demonstrate the purposes of social movements. But to talk about social movement first of all we should clarify what does it exactly mean. It is hard to describe the phenomenon of a single concept, because it has been variously deployed in the aftermath of the many social and political upheavals across the globe since the 19th century. Arato and Cohen (Civil society and political theory; 1992, chap. 10) offered a classification of the sense in which it has been used.
