CONCEPT APPRECIATION The relationship between parent and child is of fundamental importance to us as a Filipino because it preserves the safety and provides for the nurture of dependent individuals. For this reason, the parent-child relationship is given special legal consideration. Increasingly, local, state, and federal governments have become more involved in the relationship, especially when a child is abused or neglected. In addition, parental roles have shifted over time, and the law has moved with these changes. The term child is used in the limited sense to indicate an individual below the age of majority. The more precise word for such an individual is minor, juvenile, or infant. The age of majority, which transforms a child legally into an adult, has traditionally been the age of 21 years. Many states, however, have reduced the age of majority to 18 years. In this case that as a child who turns to the age of 18 wherein suppose to be as in the legal age, there is a lot of necessity that a parent can’t see. There are a lot of things we want; we want things that are expensive just to keep pace with the other people in our environment even though it is an awful characteristic. My parent’s priority is shore up my education just to graduate, second is about the household things, and other commodity that are need for a family. In case of our attitude in a product we are our parents is more practical and more conscious about the product that they purchase. They undergo into a lot of sense just to know that that is the right product and sometimes they purchase the cheaper product just to save a little in their grant going to the market. Compare to me, when I go to the shop to buy clothes even if it is expensive I purchase it because of the impulse buying. I acquire product fast because I can’t control myself when I have a bunch of money. Being lavish is hard to
