Creative Writing A tear slowly fell from Tricia’s eye as Paul walked down the hall and outside into the cold afternoon. Paul couldn’t believe what just happened. Where did everything go wrong? He just wanted to the person he had liked since first grade to be happy, but everything was ruined because of a stupid kid. Paul remembers the first time Tricia walked into the class.
When Evyn first saw Eleni, with her red lipstick, black pants, and high heels, she thought Eleni looked nothing like a college professor and a mother. Evyn made the assumption that she went partying every night. That is an example of her being judgemental. After her father, Birdie, reminded Evyn that her new combination lock was 5, 10, 15; she forgot, making her forgetful. An example of Evyn being unintelligent was when her so-called friends, Andrea’s group, calls her Evelyn and doesn’t talk to her unless it’s to ask about updates with Ajax, she doesn’t realize that they’re just using her.
Because these bullies didn’t stop there. On Friday, May 11th, Krysta and Spencer created a video in mockery on Patty’s “Pretty or Ugly” video. In this video the bullies suggested that there was no reason for Patty to be a live anymore and that she would be better off not living. At 7:06 Brett Smith commented on Patty’s Facebook Post stating “this prank has been epic with a BOOM!! It’ll be talk about for years after we graduate!
The creators’ likely intention was to make the viewer feel as though the underdog got the win. When the scrawny boy struts up to the prom queen and kisses her without hesitation, he is fulfilling a fantasy many people have had about breaking free from their labeled place in society, and taking what they want. In this case, stealing a kiss from the assumed most popular girl in school is something most teenage boys would be more than willing to suffer a black eye for. Adding in an air of romance, and a guarantee that in the viewer mind that the teenage boy was victorious, the creator flashes back for a moment to the prom queen. She opens her eyes looking slightly stunned but with a coy smile is starting to spread across her face when the scene returns to the boy celebrating, speeding off in the Audi.
While there, they meet a bunch of 7th graders who are scared of August and start beating him and Jack up. Then Julian’s “goons” come over and help August and Jack escape from the fight going on. When August gets back home, he goes to see the High school play his sister Via is in. He and his family are surprised to see that Via has switched to the lead part of the play. Afterwards, Via explains that Miranda was feeling “sick” and couldn’t do it, so she let Olivia do it.

However, when he gets home that first night, to find Mildred comatose after a suicide attempt, then he starts to wonder if he and Mildred really are happy. He realizes that they don't really have a relationship at all--he goes to work, she watches her television, and they don't talk.
Although Gene almost falls off, Finney catches him and saves Gene’s life, but he “practically lost it” too (Knowles 33). Similarly, Neil is the one to show Mr. Keating his old yearbook since everyone else wouldn’t do it. Because Neil showed him it, they found out about the Dead Poets’ Society, which leads Mr. Keating to lose his job. Since Finney and Neil are so sure what they want to do, it is impossible for them to comprehend what other people want as well. For example, Finney is so confident in himself, that he wears a pink shirt that makes him “look like a fairy,” and he talks boldly about
Scout has never seen snow before, and when she does, she is afraid. Many six-year-olds see something for the first time and are immediately scared of it. Another example of Scout’s immaturity happens on the first day of school when Scout has Walter Cunningham over for lunch. Scout explains, “Walter poured syrup on his vegetables and meat with a generous hand. He would probably have poured it into his milk glass had I not asked what the sam hill he was doing” (24).
The proof is evident as with every name Holden thinks of, he can find a good reason in his opinion not to call them. After 20 minutes he finally steps out of the phone booth without calling anyone. He wishes he could communicate with someone but he just can’t get a definite answer from his seesaw of thoughts. Although Holden usually can’t even get a legitimate conversation started, when he does, he usually gets the short end of the stick. Holden tries to flirt with the girls in the lavender room but they completely ignore him making even more depressed and annoyed than he already
When his brother was walking around sad and humbled he asked what was wrong. He told him he no money to take a girl he liked very much to prom so Jerry reached in his pocket and gave him all his earnings he’d been saving up. "How can I take Sally to a fancy dance?" he asked desperately. "I'd have to buy her a corsage.
