I consider R&S to be the force that engineers the attracting, recruiting, feeding, and regulating human resources into a cumulative pool of excellence and hence allocating it accordingly, properly, and intelligently in terms of its needs, objectives, and goals. Therefore, the process of recruiting and selection of available resources has got to be appropriately allocated according to skills, characteristics, and traits; hence, the right person at the right positions . The success of such process is a package starts with the right advertising, the right medium of advertising, and the right potential target or audience.
