Mary Chitsaz Dr.McNamara English 023 Sec 011 February 9, 2012 Living the Pleasant Life Within a pleasant life, there are so many aspects to be completed. My pleasant life consists of me being happy mind, body, and spirit. I am a very artsy person with a positive perspective on life, and the elements that complete my pleasant life are well chosen. I intend on being happy, healthy, and surrounded by loved ones and good weather. Health is a very important aspect to living a pleasant life fully, and happily. Being mentally healthy and physically healthy I feel are both very important. To lead a pleasant life mentally I would need to have confidence and happiness with my life as a whole, and I wouldn't need to rely on medication to be mentally rich. To be able to wake up and be ready to start my day is my ideal of being mentally healthy. Now physical health I know is extremly important for leading a pleasant life. Physically you need to be free from diesease, cancers, broken bones, illnesses, etc. To be hindered by any of those physical disabilities would make it diffecult to enjoy life to its fullest extent if I were unhealthy in any aspect. I know there is a strong chance I may unfortunatley have an illness once I become older because of my ancestoral family history, but I need to learn to live my pleasant life as long as I can, and to keep breathing. My family knows me better than anyone in this world. I can say they contribute to making my life a pleasant life. If it weren't for family I don't know what I would have, or where i would be right now. Family gives you support and the emotional attention you need when your'e lost. I hope to have a loving husband whom respects, and loves me for exactly who I am, even for my many flaws. Someone who is willing to do anything for me knowing I would do the same.
