That was not a good thing to do because it affected my metabolism and energy. I knew that I should try to eat several small meals during the day. I used to skip breakfast but not anymore. This was a crucial mistake in my path to weight loss. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

So, they can be fine all day. If someone does not eat anything at all, it can affect their health slowly. For instance, losing energy, feeling sick, might faint.
I believe that David Zinczenko in his article submitted to the New York Times “Don’t Blame The Eater” makes a good case for how society should be concerned about a generation facing a lifetime of childhood obesity, Type 2 diabetes, heart diseases and other related health complications. However I find that I feel personal responsibility should be the governing factor in this matter. Mr. Zinczenko asks in his article “ Shouldn’t we know better than to eat two or more meals a day in a fast food restaurant? ” Yes we should because although specific warning labels aren’t found on fast food packaging we’ve known for years that fast food consumption on a daily basis is hazardous to your health. There’s information readily available about childhood obesity as stated in Zinczenko’s article where he notes that “Before 1994, diabetes in children was generally caused by genetic disorder-only about 5 percent of childhood cases were obesity-related, or Type 2 diabetes.
I could modify my diet only if I quit working, seriously. I can take my lunch each day and within it I would include fruits and vegetables. My health is important to me, I do exercise but exercising with not having the correct amount of nutrition intake is basically a waste of time. I am planning to start the Food Planner exercise to help me with daily nutrients I am lacking. Exercise and Nutrition Regimen: No I do not have an exercise or nutrition regimen. There are times I tell myself that I am going to start eating healthy and doing exercises regularly. I would do it for a couple of weeks than just get too lazy to follow through. I guess I will have to make a plan and add it in to my schedule by doing time management. How to be healthier in terms of Exercise and Nutrition: I am a smoker, I always have a sweet tooth, and I am not consistent with eating healthy food and exercise.

With school starting later, the bus schedule can make a tremendous change. Also, with school getting out at two in the afternoon, parents have to still attend their jobs.
