The number of the competitive sports is beyond the mind of many. Quidditch is described as extremely rough but very popular in the magic world. But according to Rubeus Hagrid, this sport is the equivalent to Muggles’ passion for football. Before attempting these steps on how to win a Quidditch match, one must first learn Quidditch. This sport is semi-contact, and played by wizards and witches around the world. Matches are played between two teams of seven players flying broomsticks, using four balls and six elevated ring-shaped goals three on each side of the Quidditch Pitch. After you learn the concepts of Quidditch, you first must obviously be chosen to be in Hogwarts. If you are one of the lucky people to be born with magic running through your blood, I highly recommend traveling to Diagon Alley to purchase a broomstick from Quality Quidditch Supplies. The three things to remember while training to win a Quidditch match: Practice, Play, and Precision. Now, after the gear is purchased, you must go to tryouts of your House Quidditch Team and be recruited. Reminder: practice makes perfect, unless you take a Felix Felicies (Liquid Luck), but you will need enchanted dragon’s blood, which is difficult to obtain and may become an issue. The Captain of each house schedules practice in the morning, so make sure you get your daily intake of Quidditch. Practice your position, by educating yourself by your teammate’s knowledge. Ask for help from your captain, since he should have experience in the game of Quidditch. After your mind is absorbed of the mental program of practicing daily, you be obliged to the rules of Quidditch. Players must not stray over the boundary lines of the pitch, although they may fly as high as desired. “Time out” may be called at any time by the Captain of a team.
