Possible struggles presented by the learning-curve are expected from several employees. Some will adjust more than others, but the main challenge is in the adaptation or orientation phase. Technologically, since the system is equipped with back up software, it should eventually eliminate the need for hard copy records and files. This will save time in the long run, which should encourage most employees despite their initial frustration with the management system change.

This study henceforth explores exactly how participants of an organization help with the co-creation of a previously established culture within an organization. It will further examine how experiences and socialization also play a huge factor during the process of cultural co-creation. Concrete analysis was done through the use of ethnographic interviews, keen observations, and the obtaining of corporate documents.

An employee's perception is everything, even if it may be incorrect. Another way that employee relations can be improved is to have the confidence of your employed staff. Having managers / supervisors that employees feel " have their backs", listen to what they have to say, pass along their fears, concerns, and ideas to the powers that be, and remain creditable, mean the world to employee. These managers / supervisors are an asset to any company. To an employee, the manager / supervisor is the company.
The inability to look past the right choice to the most beneficial one, the obligation to right versus wrong, and the idea of equality in the workplace may result in problems in the workplace for a person who holds these values within the obligation category. With this said, it is certainly valuable to know the individual ethical style and perspective held when entering a business atmosphere. ABC has been able to achieve diversity in the work place through communication, commitment, and recruitment. A strong diversity program in place is good business but not always perfect. Many businesses across the country still have diversity problems. Although ABC, to my knowledge, does not have negative practices involving diversity, they still have some issues.
That is, if we understand the dynamics of culture, we will be less likely to be irritated and frustrated by the irrational behaviours of people in the organization. More importantly, if we understand culture better, we will be able to understand ourselves better and recognise some of the forces that work within us which defines who we are. Culture is not only all around us, but also within us (Schein, 2010). So, culture is within each and every one. However Why would people be interested in
