A good verbal communicator is someone who listens well and can think and express ideas clearly. They should be someone who respects other people and makes them feel comfortable. They should have a good memory to make people feel listened to, and be patient and not rush people when engaging in conversation. In health and social care, verbal communication is useful to talk to everyone who can understand the same language as you, and who has the ability to understand it. To be a good non-verbal communicator they should have positive body language by making eye contact at points during the conversation, smiling, having good posture, use positive facial expressions and maybe use hand gestures or head movements to express their true meaning.
Furthermore a lie is about simply being selfish. A person can be lying about his qualifications just to get to that stage where he is recognized by the others. He might be suffering later on, however. If a person is short of patience, he will use all sorts of reasons to lie and just to get away from others. This way he will not waste his time and not making a bad impression on other people as well.
It also can encourage the mentee to open up and speak more. Good listening skills can promote trust and respect. Active listening has several benefits. It forces people to listen attentively to others, and it helps avoid misunderstandings. Restating what the speaker has said makes certain that there is a common understanding between the listener and the speaker.

Although the systems in place for partnership working do prove useful there are many ways that they can be improved. There are also many other systems and methods that can be put into place to improve communication between partners. One method, which is a very simple method could be a white board. Any important messages or tasks that need to be looked at could be put onto this notice board along with a tick box that can be ticked when completed. This simple method could be very useful and effective for partnership working as it will allow all partners to have simple access and will be accessible at all times.
This means that the care of the service users will be improved since the staff are able to solve problems quickly and effectively. Having trained staff, that are educated with legislations, policies and procedures and are up to date with the current knowledge, means that they can provide excellent service for the service user. This allows the service user to relax as they will have confidence in the quality of care they receive. The staff members will also provide the correct service needed in a safe and friendly environment. This will improve the experience that the service user has.
Depending on the story this could lead to some trouble. People might get scared and panic. This will lead to people doing bad things. It would only make it worse if these actions were taken with wrong information. Another issue would be does a specific media conglomeration have their own separate agenda?
If I was to do personal centred care then this would definitely reduce the risk of abuse purely because I would have a greater understanding and knowledge of the individual’s preferences and know what they like and dislike. Active participation is also very important in my work place, this enables that the service users are keeping fit and mobile but also builds confidence. By promoting active participation this can reduce abuse as the individual engages positively by actively participating is area of their life, such as in personal care, the scope for abuse by others is reduced. Promoting choices and rights is empowerment and about taking control of your life even if this is in a small ways, by including a resident in their care it allows them to still be an individual to have rights and wishes recognised even if they do not verbally contribute to be included is good practise. 4.2 It’s essential to have an accessible complaint procedure as it reduces the chances or abuse occurring, I believe that this is because it’s made easy to report any forms of abuse by anybody and everybody.
