The research is conducted by collecting surveys of different age, gender and full time or part time workers, the survey is undertaken to study about how to improve employees main willingness and motives to achieve high job productivity, At a minimum, employees expect their organization to provide fair pay, flexible hours, safe-working conditions, and fair treatment. As a result, motivation and great working environment plays an important role in encouraging employees in order increase job performance, and benefits for both company and employees. * Introduction The purpose of this report is to find the factors that may affect the increase in the employee turn over rate, and the research question is “how job satisfactions of a new job is likely to influence turnover behavior”, The employees that has been selected to do the surveys are from different age groups, different genders and also has different working hours, this helped to identify the similarities and differences between younger and older people and what they expect from their employers. Also there are patterns in responses from different groups. * Literature review Research questions were undertaken based on Maslow’s hierarchy of need theory and Herzberg’s two-factor (motivator-hygiene) theory. Maslow’s hierarchy of need theory Human motivation is very important in understanding human behavior.
