Did you know that there are more than 600 muscle in the human body? well if you didn’t know, the human body is come composed of many thing and a major part of it are our muscle. There are 3 types of muscle that we have, which are Smooth, Skeletal, and Cardiac. These muscle work either involuntary or voluntary around the body and allow us to move. Another great feature about the muscle is their ability to either move on its own or be moved by us, This are called voluntary and involuntary muscle. Usually, the Smooth and Cardiac muscle are known to be involuntary, meaning we can not control it. For example the Hearth is a Cardiac muscle and it beats on its own without our help. An example of our voluntary muscle are muscle in the arm like the bicep and tricep which allow us to move our arms. Now if we have all of these muscle, why is is that we don’t get strong and big muscles even if we work out? well chances are that you would get some result if you work out, but the main factor that pays apart in this is what are you consuming. The nutrition diet that you are eating affects how much your muscle are getting proteins and how much they will grow. What type of food are good for building muscle? well A healthy diet that emphasized in Fruits, vegetable, whole grain, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt. Also protein from lean meats, seafood, beans, eggs, and fruits, along with low trans-fat, low solid fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, and salt makes a good diet for your muscles. Some of the main proteins that include in healthy diets include Iron, Zinc and creatine (which makes ATP, energy for the body). Now that we know that proteins are a major aspect of muscle gain theres is another thing you should know.
