Do you give up or do you persevere through arduous situations? Well, in the poem “Where there's a wall” by Joy Kogawa, it inspires, motivates and teaches us the importance of finding ways to overcome the walls in our lives either by going through, under or above it. Not only did this poem affect me tremendously by giving words of encouragements to live by, it also made a cliche into something fun and relating through symbols representing hope and perseverance. Where there is a wall...there is a way! This is an important message the poem has reminded me of.
I argue that having the ability to be controversial is what makes art, art. In truth, "the freedom of expression" is a lie because while we all possess it, we don't speak our mind in fear of being ridiculed or having our opinions written off. Art is the only medium, where one's thoughts, no matter how controversial, can be presented in anyway they want, there shouldn't be a "taking it too far" with art. Everything is appropriate in art. Writers Week is a event that allows people to say things they would not normally say in a school environment, or share thoughts they wouldn't share with people, whether it be the f-bombs 'Mutts' dropped or the swears that student presenters uttered while reading their speeches, their art brought some crudeness into our sugar coated school environment.
However, nothing is impossible instead it says “I’m Possible”. All sectors of society should work together. Even at our young age, we play a pivotal role in making our dream a reality. I need to be aware of the most up to date legislations and guidelines, and the welfare requirements. As a member of management it is even more vital that I am aware and up to date with the above, as part of my role is to guide, support and influence other staff to do well in their own roles. Your own professional development does not only impact on yourself but other staff, the organisation and people who use the service. Reflective practice is a huge part of professional development and you need to be skilful in this to really benefit from it, criticising your own practice isn’t always easy but if you take a step back and look at it from different points of view it can really benefit yourself and your skills. To improve my own knowledge is very important to me and I really enjoy learning new skills which can benefit my roles or future roles.
Goals give direction, energize and challenge people to complete a task and promote creative ways of getting the job done. The Scanlon plan is the right idea for motivating employees; it just needs to be modified to increase
Dorothy Allison skillfully constructed stories made her point about art clear. Art has a kind of mysterious magic that make people fall into an imagination, leading people to have different mood. In her story, she seems making the art become more convincingness that people think art is everywhere; more about the personal opinion or perspective; become more motional to people. Art should be surprise, astonish and bring magic to everyone’s
Love is an ideal that all strive for in life. It governs our actions, our beliefs, and our minds. Love is power. Love governs our culture and society. Our culture has shaped ideals that we live by.

He says, “As humans we have become more concerned with having, than with being“. The importance of being and the immeasurable value of our pure existence is a key truth for me in how I live my life. The way I choose to perceive and live life is that being comes first because no matter what we do or do not do, we are still meaningful and made of energy, I believe even love itself. I believe we are seeing more of us live in this way and that it is changing the world for the
