Speer’s first introduction to Nazism was in 1930 where he attended a meeting which Hitler spoke at. He admitted that he was swayed by Hitler’s charisma and his speech gave Speer a sense of hope thus, joining the Nazi Party. This led to his first commission of renovating Hanke’s home in Berlin in 1932, leaving the Nazi Leaders impressed. Goebbels offered him his second job to rebuild the Propaganda Ministry with a promise from Speer that it would be completed within seven months. Speer gained a reputation from this commission as not only a creative architect but also an efficient organiser.
Few people saw the profit margin potential in selling such homely goods at discount and massive volume. But Stemberg (Owner of Staples In) was convinced and hired an investment banker to help raise money. Romney eventually heard Stenberg’s pitch, and he and his partners dug into Stemberg’s projections. In December of that year Speer was persuaded by his students to attend a Nazi rally where Hitler himself was present. Hitler delivered a charismatic speech where Speer was drawn into each word he spoke and was evidently carried away with the waves of enthusiasm and emotion which would, in later years, attribute to Speer’s defence at the Nuremburg trials claiming he was a ‘follower of Hitler who drew men in with a magnetic force and had not thereafter released me’ – Speer Speer then caught up in the Nazi frenzy joined the NSDAP Party in March 1931.
In the story “Bartelby, the Scrivener” I have more sympathy for the lawyer than Bartelby. The lawyer in the story is an older man in his sixty who is trying to run a successful law office in New York city. As he explains in the story he does not deal with juries or draw down public applause his business is among rich men’s bonds, and mortgages, and title-deeds. The lawyer already has two copyist Turkey, and Nippers, and the third person was Ginger nut a young office-boy. The lawyer is looking to employ another copier and to his advertisement shows a lad by the name of Bartleby.
He grabs his phone and looks at his friend’s picture. Next, at this point, the viewpoint changes to his friend who chose the corporate path. The corporate friend walks in downtown with all tall building surrounding him. It starts showing his accomplishments when he stops in front of the same tower he saw with his friend from the hill. In that tower he does a business and gives a presentation to a business people in a board room.

Organizational architecture is defined as a how a company or organization breaks down their departments, managerial hierarchy, and particular details of position responsibilities. The corporate culture is what defines the company or organization by means of how they provide significance to their employees and further classifies all aspects of the various position responsibilities within the company or organization. Previously when I worked at a private medical office, this was a real world example of a firm that combines organizational architecture and corporate culture within their company. I worked within the billing department, which at times was a challenging position.
