Driscoll Essay Anthony M Cook OBST 515 – Orientation to Old Testament I Gary E. Schnittjer, Ph.D. Liberty University August 23, 2013 Young Earth creationists regard the Bible as a historically accurate record of natural history. They accept its authority as the central organizing text for human life – the sole indisputable source of knowledge on every topic with which it deals. As Henry Morris, a leading young Earth creationist, explained it, "Christians who flirt with less-than-literal readings of biblical texts are also flirting with theological disaster." According to Morris, Christians must "either ... believe God's Word all the way, or not at all (Morris, HM 2000). Therefore, young Earth creationists consider the account of creation
But was he really responsible for the sinking? Captain Smith was told that the titanic could take on anything, whether it was a tiny thunder storm, or an iceberg 50-100 feet high, and possibly 400 feet long. Bruce Ismay was the White Star Line director. When titanic sank, it was said to be because of a flaw in the ship, which was under Bruce’s responsibility. Evaluate Maurice Wiles views on miracles Maurice Wiles is a 20th century philosopher of religion. He has written many books including "The myth of god incarnate" and "gods action in the world". It erupted in 1970, 1980, 1981, 1991, and the most recent eruption occurred in 2000 and lasted for 12 days. The volcano has been around for 7000 years and has been blowing up randomly ever since. After I read Chapter 4, “The Nuclear Lighthouse,” in Mark Hertsgaard’s book Earth Odyssey, I was astonished to learn the information the world, and much more our country, hides from us. During this chapter, Hertsgaard goes into detail about Chelyabinsk, a highly dangerous, toxic region in Russia. Throughout my reading, I became so interested in the stupidity of the citizens and workers in Chelyabinsk that I decided to dig a little deeper and do some research. Environmentally, the situation in Chelyabinsk is not much different from what it was fifteen years ago. Nuclear waste was such a problem for Chelyabinsk because of the three nuclear disasters that took place there at the Mayak complex.
Biblical Worldview according to Romans 1-8 The epistle of Romans has so many lessons how Christians should live. It creates the whole idea of how Christians should view the natural world, their identity as people, their relationships, culture and civilization among other things. Romans 1-8 is rich with Paul’s advice to the Christians in Rome that is not easy to understand without looking deep into it. These scriptures show the inability of good works to save mankind and the faithfulness of God in the salvation of mankind that justify, sanctify and glorify the wretched man through grace. The Natural World God created the natural world through His word.

Voltaire was a leader in the Enlightenment Era. He thought the established religion, Christianity, to be a total hypocrisy after witnessing the many wars and deaths in the name of religious tradition. A rational religion based on inate morality from the natural laws of God and reason was Voltaire's premise. Einstein furthered the cause from a reason to a science and presented facts and theories as his defense. This same reliance on the scientific community opened the door for the invention of the atomic bomb which led him to a higher moral dilemma.
