Each of man has unique characteristic. The characteristic is built by the personality, so they are different from the other. They have different habit, hobby, and favorite food. These many kinds are caused by the behavior difference. There are two behaviors, namely positive behavior and negative behavior. Man with positive behavior is like politeness, responsible, love, professional, honest, optimistic, diligent. On the other hand man with negative behavior is like impoliteness, irresponsible, hate, dishonest, laziness. The behavior in everybody is formed by some factors. The factors include outside factors and inside factors. Outside factors are the factors that are from out of human soul, for example environment in the family, school, and society. Meanwhile the inside factors are the factors that are from inside of human soul like genetic, health, and heredity. Behavior is one of the most familiar concepts in psychology. Behavior, as studied by psychologist, may be defined as the characteristics and ways of behaving that determine a person’s unique adjustment to the environment. The facts that man eats, sleeps, and works don not defined his personality , his behavior is defined by the ways what he eats ,how he sleeps and what distinction about his works patterns is. Mark Dombeck and Jolyn Wells-Moran, (2006:40) said that very few behaviors are directly instinctual and designed into the human condition. An
