My personal plan for my academic future is to push myself to do better in school and achieve the goal that I set for myself of a 4.0 GPA. By doing this it will show future employers of my dedication to not only my studies but to my future dedication that I can bring to their company. As for as my personal plan for my career future, I know that my degree of choice is very versatile to many different types of companies. For instance, by setting my expectations high, it will be easier to reach my goals that I have set for myself. Like succeeding in class as a senior at Boone Central, and being a successful athlete. To help me reach my goals I will study and work hard on the court, to maintain the responsibility of becoming an adult. In the end, expectations are a responsibility that I agree strongly on, because if you don’t expect to be successful, you more than likely will not be. Responsibilities are one of the other main parts of Barak’s speech.
I would like to show my family that education is very important, because it doesn't only affect you but everyone that is surrounded by you. I would like to set an example for my little sister, and younger cousins, that anything is possible, and that your education sets a path for your future that if you have a bright future you can have a beautiful life. I would also like God to be proud of me as well. Bishop Noll Institute offers a challenging academic environment, I clearly see it in the upperclassmen’s attitudes and the standards that they set for me as a freshman this year. The more I know the better opportunities will come my way in the future.

College students have short-term and long-term goals that they desire to achieve. Achieving a goal at any level would be a great accomplishment of mine. My objective is to work hard at improving my writing skills, having better study skills, and becoming an enhanced student overall. Once I graduate from GCU; I will have a higher level of communication skills, and confidence to become professional and skilled in all that I achieve. A college degree in Elementary Education is essential to me because I want to teach others the value of fun, learning, and the capability to be involved in exciting adventures throughout life.

(onetcenter.org) Reasons for choosing career choices I love the responsibilities associated with my career choice, I want to be able to help others get past what has happened to them and help them move towards a better place in their life. I did have trouble coming up with anything as far as growth trends, but I feel as more people learn about this line of work I will be able to grow with it. I am content with the starting salary for my career choice and feel as I become better educated that I will move up just fine. I found my motivation to be personal and the necessity was the reality. I really believe in the power of an education. Being that mothers are the head of household, most of the time, I want my children to look at me as a role model. I have to prove to myself and my family that earning that "piece of paper", after all of this time, would change the course of my life in such an apparent way. It is a proven fact that earning a degree will open doors for me in the future.
Doing this career plan helps me understand that there are steps you have to take to get to where you wantto be. You have to work hard for the things you want to accomplish. I will take my education very seriously, because education is the backbone of my career. Education is also a great investment. This plan taught me how to have better time management.
I wanted to obtain my degree to be somebody that my kids could look up to. I wanted to lead by example, we often don’t realize that showing our kids its possible and telling them makes a big difference. I want them to see that as a mom I was capable of doing it and balancing work, school and caring for them and obtaining a degree is possible. Wanting a career and not a job was always possible but the difference in the two was that I needed a college education. Obtain my degree would allow me to achieve my goals in life.
Development is a lifelong of nurturing, shaping and improving an individual's skills, knowledge and interests to ensure my maximum effectiveness and adaptability, and to minimize the obsolescence of my skills and my chances of redundancy. So far, I have taken several assessments that have not only made me learn about myself, but also gave me a reflection on my life, and the steps I need to take in order for them to benefit me in the future. What have I learned about myself so far is probably one of the hardest and easiest questions I have to answer about myself. From taking the assessment “What is your Jungian Typology?
