The three stress management techniques I chose were yoga, which is a relaxation technique, jogging which is a physical activity, and music, which is a reading/writing/multi-media activity. All three of those are very helpful ways to manage your stress. Yoga, jogging and music are the most helpful way to manage my stress. Yoga is a simple and easy way to relax you with breathing and stretching. It is used to control the body and mind, and in this case, calm you down, and help relax you to relieve stress.

I would have to choose the private option because I think it’s a neat idea how someone can use the blood from a chopped off umbilical cord from the baby to actually cure a disease. Being able to use this as a disease fighter is a great way to decrease the amounts of people dying from cancers and other deadly diseases. Anything that can save my family’s life is something I would invest in. Then again I would also donate to a public blood banking facility to help other people as well. Some of the advantages to a matched MSC and HSC is that its easy access, more beneficial, and it’s more likely to work with it being a match.
