The Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a multistep procedure that starts with the introduction, study, design, and implementation that continues through the upkeep and disposal of the system. The Systems Development Life Cycle structure offers a series of activities for the system creators to follow. It contains a set of steps in which every step of the SDLC uses the outcomes of the preceding one. The steps are systems investigation, system analysis, system designs, programming and testing, implementation, and operation and maintenance. The SDLC observes vital stages that are necessary for designers, such as proposals, implementation, evaluation, and planning. The SDLC has three principal purposes and the first one is to guarantee that excellent quality systems are provided, the second one is to deliver potent management controls over the jobs, and the third one is to increase the production of the systems team. Phase one establishes the possibility of whether a task should continue or not. It generates a high level summary of the task that relates to the task conditions and opportunity. Phase two describes who, what, how, and when the task will be accepted. This phase increases the high level of the project outline and delivers a precise and thorough task definition. Phase three is when examination is required to comprehend and record the user’s need for the system. Phase four the design illustrates how the propositioned system is to be built, influences the construction and implementation phase of SDLC, illustrates movement of information between operational databases.
