SWOT ANALYSIS SWOT ANALYSIS is one of the most used forms of business analysis. A SWOT examines and assesses the impacts of internal strengths and weaknesses, and external opportunities and threats, on the success of the "subject" of analysis. An important part of a SWOT analysis involves listing and evaluating the firm’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Malaysia (KWSP) is the one from much organization have distance learning. Since the subject is about technology, their strength is they use a network so the distance learning program is flexible. During the learning, if the employee have to stop because the other things, they do not have to start again but just continue with the section where they stop. It is become easier to the employee and it reduces their time to when do not have to access again. Support by the other article (John Gundry, 2003), thus for a course designer there are decisions to make to trade off the value of a learning tool, and the learning processes it supports, with its effect on time flexibility. In KWSP, their graphic designer also has to make decisions to make the improvement of the system and it effect on time flexibility which it is take time to make the system like the employee want comment from the previous comment from employee. As one of the important programs, for this system has a one team that cares this program which is their graphic designer. Since this program is their own system, the graphic designer has to make sure that the program is update from time to time. When the graphic designers have a problem, they refer to Technology Department. Not every system in the organization not a have a problem, their weakness is when the system have been use at one time it become hank and the employee is very difficult to use to use this system again and take a time to because they
