3 I would agree with an individual how privacy will be maintained during personal care by ensuring them that the door to their room will always be closed during personal care, i would constantly talk to them reassuring them and asking them what they were happy for me to do and not to do ensuring that their privacy is respected and that they know it is respected. It's part of children's learning about self care and personal hygiene. We can help them do this by encouraging to wash hands before and after eating, after using the toilet and washing their faces with individual flannels. It's also important to teach them the difference between hot and cold water such as red means hit and blue means cold on taps to prevent them burning themselves whilst at the same never leaving a child unattended with water. Babies are different from children they need their nappies changed regularly to prevent any sores or infections and moisturising the skin well.

I communicate to Mark to find out whether he uses soap, bubble bath and if he would like his hair washed today. When I was bathing him under the supervision, it was a good opportunity for me to assess his skin condition, as he may be more at risk from developing
I repeat my question speaking slowly and much clearly without shouting, not too far from her. She understood it different way. Instead of “bath” she thought “bed”. What I did is i used hand gestures and at the same time speaking slowly and clearly I explained to her what I mean. I act as I’m taking a shower.
The articles communicated how urinary retention and urinary calculi can transpire. This can lead to incontinence from the irritation of the urinary sphincter from a stone or an increased pressure due to the bladder has reached its capacity. Situations like this happen because of poorly situated toilets. Also the patient may have to wait to use a bed pan or assistance from the caregiver. Prevention can be made simple, allows your patient to get up and use the restroom, or the commode, for the men make sure and provide plenty of urinals, offer bed pans on a regular bases.
