Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
Students would receive a better, effective education if they were required to attend classes for 11 months of a year. When it comes to education, there are assortments of suggestions from parents. Some people convince that children should jump on the bandwagon of learning through dense courses because it is more effective, while others believe that children should rivet attention on experience of living by travel or explore something which is they really interesting. However, from my perspective, I disagree that students should be required to attend classes for 11months of a year. More reasons and details will be elaborated in the following paragraphs. To begin with, nowadays is a knowledge-bombarding era. That is, more parents wish their children to spend a big chunk of time on classes. It is exactly deprive their freedom of dream. According to a psychology survey, it revealed that the mood status effect the efficiency of learning. For example, students study for all day and permeated with overwhelming exam that they will get worse performance in the test. Nevertheless, students who study only three hours and go exercise that they can pay more attention on preparing test without pressure. Next, human being is a creature rather than a working machine. Undoubtedly, human’s brain need some time to absorb new knowledge that is the tip to take a giant leap to our children. Take my brother for instance, he has taken a dense course in a cram school without letting up for a year. As a result, he can’t remember everything because he learned myriads of words, phrase, and test skills. Therefore, the abortive experience etched into his mind that taught him an appropriate break is necessary. Last but not least, in retrospect of last generation, they only attend classes for six months.
