Part 1: Stress, Mental Health and Spirituality Mental health is a kind of difference from physical health. In case of physical health is about our bodies, our physical feeling like painful or hurt, physical health is something about our will like what we think, what in our mind, how we feel toward an event. In fact, being unhealthy of mental health is much worse than being unhealthy of physical health. All people who have been through it definitely understand how horrible that stressed, depressed are; and they totally agreed that all those feelings could lead them to a lot of physical illness. So I think trying to get a good mental health is very important. It is very hard as well, but there are still people who are healthy of mental and they share a lot of common characteristics. They realize and accept that people are not perfect, and they feel good about themselves. They are selfless and are always able to help people around. Besides, they are responsible for their lives and face the new challenges and problems adequately. They are creative; appreciate creativity in others and more good qualifications that we cannot list them all. As I have known before, it is very hard to give a completely definition of intelligence. Lots of people want it to adaptability, ability to comprehend, capacity to reason or IQ... According to Daniel Goleman, I see that such qualities as self-awareness, self-discipline, persistence, and empathy are much more important to success in life than IQ. A little from intelligence, emotional intelligence is something that we cannot learn by heart from books. It is something that we must gain by practicing for a long time. People who are emotionally intelligent are people who understand themselves clearly and know to control the emotions and their moods. They know exactly what to do to get themselves over
