Below is an essay on "Strengths and Weaknesses" from Anti Essays, your source for research papers, essays, and term paper examples.

A person’s strengths and weaknesses derive from their character. This character is what people tend to be like. When looking at my character you have to look at all of my qualities even though they might not be so good. A strength that I have is to be prepared. Being prepared is something that I as a person must do, because I hate the feeling of not following the rules by not doing something that is very easy to do.
A very useful trait that I posses is to stay focused and on task. This would be a very good trait to have at a young age, even though so few have it, because this will help you at any time in life. For example if the teacher gives me a two page essay I can stay focused and get the assignment done on time without struggling the night before to do it. Another way this skill benefits me is when it comes time for tests. I can study a week before to get an A then to procrastinate, and wait ten minutes before the test to cram as much of information as you can that you won’t remember before the test. This characteristic also helps to make friends that you feel are responsible enough to trust, than those other friends that wait for any opportunity to exploit your weakness, so that they can get a couple minutes of laughter that could bite you later on when you need a favor from that friend. This trait doesn’t also help with friends but it might just earn the trust with an adult. Having this talent is a very big deal to me and that is why I am glad when people can count on me to help them out.
