Evaluation Essay of Cracker Barrel Restaurant Everyone has a favorite restaurant that he or she loves to eat at. My favorite restaurant to eat at is Cracker Barrel. The Cracker Barrel restaurants are not well known for fine dining, but for the down-to-earth ambience of country folks dining. I always enjoy dining at the Cracker Barrel because the atmosphere is welcoming, the food is great, the service is excellent, and an added gift shop offers encouragement. Every time I walk into a Cracker Barrel restaurant I obtain the best feeling.
Louisiana has access to fresh seafood and abundant seasonal produce, mixed over the years into a diverse cultural stew, it has a flavor profile all its own. This known as Cajun cuisine. Cajun cuisine does stretch into surrounding states but the heart of it is in Louisiana. This is where sandwiches are called po’boys and muffulettas, and where “peel and eat” and learning to walk come one after the other. Whether you eat at a mom and pop p[lace or a five restaurant the quality and flavors will unlike any others you have tried.
My Evaluation of Texas Roadhouse Restaurant ENGL135 My Evaluation of the Texas Roadhouse Restaurant I am going to give an evaluation of one of my favorite restaurants, which is Texas Roadhouse. I have been a customer with this restaurant since I went there with some friends for a holiday gathering. Some of the evaluation discussions that I will cover are: presentation of the restaurant, friendliness of the staff and last but not least, the food. I would like to start off my evaluation by the presentation of the restaurant, which covers appearance. The first impression is the best impression as a customer.
There are so many delicious and diverse restaurants in the Pittsburgh area that I have been lucky enough to dine and experience. These restaurants range from family restaurants like Pittsburgh’s very own Eat n’ Park, to more romantic places like The LeMont, a restaurant atop of Mt. Washington with one of the best views of Pittsburgh. As for me, my favorite restaurant is Buca di Beppo. Any time I am given the opportunity to pick where my family will go out to dinner, I never have to think twice!

I really want to open my own Mexican restaurant someday. I found the Paradiso Mexican Restaurant in Jamestown and I love eating there food. Favorites are crawfish, catfish, crabs, and oysters. This is another example of the Cajun people living with what they had. Seafood was available, as there were a lot of fisherman, and that’s what they had to eat. Cajun spices always consist of three things. Bell pepper, onions and celery are the favorite vegetables to add flavor for the Cajun food.
These four aspects of both Ruby Tuesdays and Chili’s Grill and Bar can make or break an individual’s choice of which restaurant to choose. Both being fine dining restaurants, each have a reputation to maintain so customers will keep positive thoughts about the restaurants.
