It provides a wide variety of drinks like espresso, smoothies and frappuccinos and food like cheese cakes and breakfast wraps. Stakeholders are those organizations and individual who may not necessarily have any direct dealings with a company, but who are affected by the company’s action. Stakeholders of Starbucks include customers, employees, government. Customers of Starbucks seek to have a place where they can enjoy food and drinks with their love ones. Other than products provided by Starbucks, the customer service is also important. Starbucks aims to provide a place where its consumers can meet up with their friends and have a sense of belonging. It tries to satisfy customer’s needs by giving discounts and rewards. One works in Starbucks help one to earn income, to gain more experience of the outside world and building up their social network. Starbucks has its own global human rights standard. Employees must comply with all Starbucks-established or legally required limitations. Hharassment, bullying and discrimination is strictly not allowed. Starbucks has to pay income tax to Singapore’s government and helps to provide more jobs in Singapore to boost Singapore’s economy. Starbucks’ partners must also follow all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Starbucks has to be vigilant on the people who are doing business in Starbucks name to prevent any legal actions. Starbucks is one of “The World’s Most Ethical Company” award winners for five years as they emphasize on being environment friendly, using reusable plastic cups, recycled serviettes
