When I get stressed due to lack of sleep or I have had a very long day I can find myself feeling tense with a pounding head ache. I can also feel tearful, especially when over tired. I can get very angry and uptight and will usually take this out on family rather than at work. I also suffer from colds – one after the other. Knowing these signs and symptoms though, I can step back and take a look at what is causing the stress or anxiety and deal with the problem rather than the symptoms.
Challenges: How they can make you a better person Every day we are faced with challenges we must overcome, some challenges we face are harder than others and we may require help to break through the barriers we face. If we do not succeed with the challenges that are thrown at us, then we do not grow as an individual. With Dr. Malcolm Sayer in the movie Awakenings, he has trouble with people. At first Dr. Sayer cannot face any challenge that requires him to interact with people unless it involves the things he is passionate about, such as work. Dr. Sayer seems to be a lonely man with severe social anxiety, he would much rather be at home reading or studying his plants than interacting with people.

I love to take responsibility when people can rely on me; thus whenever I could not accomplish it, I blame it on myself. I realized that I am such a Protector when I got the result by skimming back all the things that I have done for my family and my friends. I am an introverted person because I need my own private time to recharge myself. I do not like going to clubs and bars where there are so many people or the music is too loud. I always need to sit alone with soft music to think about what I have done each day in order to get myself ready to do other things.
Some limitations of goal setting, the first is if the employees lacks the skills and abilities needed to reach the goal it will not work. To assist and employee with the issue they require additional training. Second, if a task is complex, it requires additional time and the right environment that allows full focus. You try to make not a lot of noise somehow everyone still ends up staring as you walk out. The CAHSEE is worse because if you don't pass, you won't graduate. Congratulations LAUSD, you've managed to make our lives even more stressful than they already are. Some may see the CAHSEE as easy as ABCs but not everyone does. I think the CAHSEE is out of the question, there's already other tests in the end of year to make sure we're learning.

I already did most of these consistently in the day so I was excited to analyze and see which one works out the best for me. I first chose to do music. I usually do this everyday anyways but to connect it with stress was fascinating. Listening to music can actually slow our heart rate and lower blood pressure, and can even decrease our stress hormones. I noticed I began to focus on the lyrics and for those moments I actually dozed off of what was actually going on in my life.

Sickness and school is what has gotten me to my mental state. I suffer from migraines which when I have them effects my concentration and sight (makes things fuzzy etc) so when I have a migraine I can’t go to school because the only way to get rid of it is to rest it off. When my migraines become worse I get more time off school and then I get behind in school work which stresses me out and starts of my anxiety. Even if I didn’t have my migraines I would still be stressed about work but not to the extent I experience when I’ve been
