Shaun White is in a class of his own sweeping the winter X-Games and Olympics for years on end in first place. The first main situation that started to change Dunstan was the snowball incident. In this particular sequence, Dunstan is narrating. One night in their town of Deptford, Percy Boyd Staunton was throwing snowballs at Dunstan Ramsay; and Dunstan was trying his best to dodge them. One last snowball is launched, and Dunstan dodges it right it time- but it hits Mrs. Dempster instead. Dunstan then finds out that the snowball had a stone hidden inside of it.
The holly, jolly, red-clad elf is a common story often told to children during the holiday season. Though used with the thought of spreading an extra hint of joy to further help in the Christmas spirit, there are some points that even a child would find fault with. A man with an army of elves creates toys in the North Pole year-round, and then he delivers these toys all around the world in one night by riding in a sleigh drawn by eight flying reindeer and squeezing through chimneys. A cute story to tell around the Christmas tree, but a star-gazed child who spends his/her first few Christmases waiting for Santa (who kind of resembles Uncle Jim) will be immensely disappointed when they discover the true story. I the beginning of the book David is having some troubles at school, he gets bullied a lot. Over winter break, David went to New York, and bought a snow globe for a girl that he likes at school (Millie). The first day back from winter break David decides to give it to her, even though she has a boyfriend. When Millie was showing her friends what David had bought her, her boyfriend came up to her and grabbed it out of her hand and threw it on this frozen lake. David got really mad, so he started walking towards the frozen lake to go get the gift he had given Millie.

This looked sort of dangerous because there is actually quite a lot of traffic around this area, and there is no type of gate or anything that can protect them, since there was no adult supervision around.
