Six dimensions of wellness Description: Physical Wellness: spending time weekly in the pursuit of endurance, flexibility and strength. It is also means that a person is able to monitor his o her own health physically. Which include awareness of the body's reactions, balance, and steady physical state. Emotional wellness: it is being aware and accepting of our deep inner feeling. And how they are affected by the world around them. Both positive and negative emotions (Anger, grief, and depression, self-esteem, trust, and share feelings) are significant negative and positive emotions that are impactful on our lives and the key to achieving equilibrium and wellness is to find balance between the two. Intellectual Wellness: is centered on learning and keeping the mind engaged in stimulating activities with new ideas for development, clear thinking, creatively, and critically. And keep the mind with learning new things. Spiritual Wellness: means that when our values and beliefs copy with our actions and we can live in a state of harmony, forgiveness, joy, discover your Life's Purpose, and able to speak comfortably about our personal values and beliefs. And how influences of others. Social Wellness: it can build healthy, find love, and supportive relationships with your family, friends, and significant other. It is about enjoying work and activities that affects individuals within a community. They provide us with a support to get through life's challenges. Environmental Wellness: is about trying to live in healthy planet by understanding the impact of our lifestyle by taking action to protect the world around us like, avoiding the use of pollutants (air, water) and other activities that protect the
