Getting children and young people used to physical activity as part of their everyday lives will help them later on in life, it is also a good way of helping children learn and practice new skills needed for own independence. I am fascinated by the many things I learn so I often email my friends certain topics such as tobacco and depression screenings. Then, I make a list and follow up with my primary health care physician. I spread this awareness and encourage friends and others to have counseling with their doctors
