Jeanette Gonzales Week 12 Dating One Person Compared to playing the field Have you ever wondered how things would be dating one person for the rest of your life compared to playing the field? Nowadays, is being in a relationship too difficult or is being single more difficult? There are some advantages and also disadvantages of being in a relationship, but being alone is not a good solution either. Now, I would like to compare these two statements. Firstly, dating one person has advantages when it comes to getting to know a person better. For example, the more time you start spending with this person the more comfortable you are to share your personal secrets. We can confess, complain, and what is more important, we can talk to each other about our problems. You are able to vent to this person. You also have a loved to go to when you are feeling under the weather. It is nice to have someone to take care of you when you are sick and support you with other chores. Firstly, you can call your buddies at any time and go watch a movie or hang out with them as late as possible. You do not have to worry about anybody else but yourself. Second thing is that, when you are single you only have your own bills to worry about. A single person is very self-centered. For example, you only care about yourself and do not need to care about another person’s moods. You do not have to change your life habits. Third difference is that you are not limited to one girlfriend or a wife who would usually be at home waiting for you after a ball game with your buddies.
