Should Rich Country Aid Poor Country?

No matter what a country wants to develop, it needs money; because their budgets are limited(.) Many poor countries sometimes have to appeal to favor of FOR finance from richER countries. However, because the donor benefits more than the recipient, many people think that poor countries should refuse to REpay debts from rich countries. In way of contrast, I think poor countries should pay their debts promptly due to the following reasons. First of all, conditional aid can be considered A motivation to poor countries and the best way of developing the world. By using conditional aid, poor countries will try to use the money wisely and try to develop their aims in the shortest time. Because of being sure that they will receive their money back in the future, rich countries WILL NOT be afraid of afflicting their own budget, thus they continue to help poor countries. Both poor countries and rich countries will develop together, and create a financial balance in the world. On the other hand, if poor countries refused to REpay debts from rich countries one time, there would be no longer trust between them. Because of the mainstream, if one rich country were cheated, others would become skeptical and refuse to aid in finance THEM. Poor countries would soon lack money; their budgetS would shrink gradually. Therefore, in a short time, poor countries would be exhausted, deprived of developing. Moreover, this deviant action can lead to a more serious resultING that is the IN war. After a few years, the world would be separated into two opposite kinds of countries: very poor countries and very rich countries. This imbalance is similar to the reason causing World War I and World War II in the past.
