Tourists normally look down on panhandlers because they do not like to be harassed while they are on vacation. If they follow laws for aggressive panhandling such as staying away from ATM’s, not panhandling at night, block a passer-by’s walk way or verbally threaten a person for not giving them any money, then there would be less concerns on panhandling. Therefore, if a panhandler is minding their own business and not bothering anyone, police shouldn’t be harassing them for trying to raise money they need to survive. I believe it does violate their First Amendment Rights and it should not be banned. Thus, the illegal immigrants should be punished through deporting back to their native country if within the period of time the they are here, they have just being slack off or breaking the laws such as stealing, etc. Then, they have no reason to say that the US didn’t give them the chance to be its resident, but it’s just their own fault. Illegal immigration should be eliminated, but the immigrants themselves should be treated with more understanding, instead of negative reactions. If every country is great as US (a free country), then the issue would not even come up. Freedom is always something that everyone want to have, some have it, some do not.
I think that this law is not good because no one should be killed just because the person stolen something. In my own opinion why this law should not be used today is because if someone steals property then that person should be put in jail and not killed and not the person that recieves the stolen property. Censorship is the idea of not revealing ideas and text in order to benefit society. But in many ways, censoring items causes the world to create biased thoughts based on the limited information released. In some cases the world is blinded because they are told nothing to begin with.
