The school drop out can be caused by many personal factors and it causes many consequences to the society, but it can be solved. The school drop out can be caused by many factors. People who dropped out school usually wanted to achieve their goals outside school, such as a job search or planning a long-term project. Some people drop out school because of a glaring lack of motivation that is the result of their multiple failures or their lack of objectives. The school drop out can also be caused by a low self-estime or a depression. Many factors can cause school drop out. There are many consequences that come with school drop out. When someone drops out school, he increases his chances of having an unstable job. The people who dropped school may have to live in poverty and on welfare because of their precarious job. The impacts of school drop out on the government are the growth of the cost of social programs and it worsen the shortage of skilled labour. The school drop out leads to many personal and social consequences. There are many ways to solve the school drop out problem. The most effective solution would be to associate the driver’s licence to the high school diploma. Almost everyone wants to have their driver’s licence so it would force them to finish and graduate high school to have it. To decrease the school drop out rate, the government should increase their support services in disadvantaged areas, where the school drop out is the highest. Every school should also create a tutoring service to help the students who have difficulties at school.
