Save Our Planet
We should save our planet because we only have one Earth. The human race has a problem in its relationship with the environment. That problem is an intrinsic consequence of running a technological civilisation on the surface of a planet and it's one we were destined to face since long before perceiving it. Now that we do perceive it, and everybody's talking about it, we should start being more realistic about the historical context of those discussions.
Over many decades thousands of scientists have painted an unambiguous picture:the global climate is changing and humanity is almost surely the primary cause. The risks have never been clearer and the case for action has never been more urgent. Our Earth’s surface is warming rapidly and we can already see social, economic and environmental impacts in Australia. The last 50 years the number of record hot days in Australia has more than doubled. Australian natural wonders such as the Great Barrier Reef are already being damaged, and the risk of coastal flooding could double by the end of the century. Geoscience Australia shows that if sea levels rise by 1.1m because of climate change and we have an extreme weather event, this would have significant impacts on Victoria's commercial, industrial and transport infrastructure.
We try should save the planet and try to make a better enviorment because there would be less people with health problems. Did you know that there are more people with respiratory problems because of all the air pollution contributing to it? Also, we should think about future generations on Earth and how it would effect our future. Also, global warming is effecting our essential natural resources like food and lakes are drying up and it is causing more droughts in the world. There are varies of way to save our planets.
Global Warming is not a doomsday prophesy it is a wake up call. The first thing we need to do is help make some changes in our national mind set from one that...
