Role of Stakeholder Paper The purpose of this paper is to identify the role of the stakeholders in an organization and identify the specific roles of the stakeholders in implementing a quality management process. The start of the paper will identify the description of a stakeholder and its specific roles and in addition will enlighten how important stakeholders are to the growth of a company. Subsequently, two organizations will be provided as examples to support the response of the importance of the stakeholders. The Stakeholder and Roles of the Stakeholders The definition of “stakeholder” identifies as any person or persons with an interest in the company. Any person or persons who can contribute to the company’s growth and success or who benefits from the company’s success. The different stakeholders in a company have opposing roles and the level of involvement in the company fluctuates from full-time to hardly being involve at all. There are various types of stakeholders in an organization. The various stakeholders of an organization can include the employees, stockholders, customers, vendors, and the community. The various types of stakeholders exhibits different specific roles in implementing a quality management process. The company’s CEO seeks out to employ the skills, experience and knowledge of each stakeholder group to further the organization’s long-term goals. The employees of the organization are responsible for conveying the tasks specified in the company’s strategic plan in a resourceful manner. Employees interact with customers on a daily so employees are close to the action. In a manufacturing environment, employees work on the company’s products. The organization’s success rest on the skill and dedication of its employees. If employees do not perform the work roles effectively, it will not allow the company to reach the
