The Meyers-Briggs test is one of the most popular personality test used by companies. Meyers-Briggs results tells if an individual use sensing vs. intuition, feeling vs. thinking, judging vs. perceiving and introversion vs. extroversion. Extraversion, conscientiousness, optimism, openness to new experiences, service orientated, proactive, agreeable is just a few of the common traits measured by the personality test. The test results show that extroverted people are individuals that when working the more they do the more they enjoy what they are doing. It shows that the introverted individual come up with a plan before acting, needing time to think things through.
Arthur may not be the best at managing others, which could make presentations or working on teams difficult. Arthur would not be the best choice to manage other workers, but he is an asset to the company because he has a positive attitude and likes his job. Arthur is a valued employee, and this positive state of mind could be good for morale. “Breaking down organizational goals into smaller more detailed task geared specifically toward the strength of an employee is an example of Management by Objection or the goal setting theory” (Pearson Education, Inc, 2011). As manager, I have decided that Arthur will serve the company well working in a position that does not require him to be in charge of any projects.

This sometimes might need to be taken down a notch. Adam displays a lack of motivation and contribution to people at work, although he seems to be a very good decision maker. If these three employees were to work with one another they may be able to help those with lack of motivation.
A persons IQ and their emotional intelligence are not opposite abilities, but they are separate ones. We all mix our intelligence and our emotions in everyday doings. With that being said there are individuals that have a high IQ but they have a very low emotional intelligence, these individuals are very rare individuals, because usually with a high IQ comes a persons ability to recognize their own or others emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is important because interacting with people every day is inevitable, and with that comes emotional experiences with those people that individuals must learn to adapt to. Managers must supervise their employees, and they must also handle situations and help motivate their employees to make them more productive individuals.
However, when properly used, the Triple Package leads to success and can be efficiently self-taught. One of the traits of the Triple Package includes a superiority complex. As Chua mentioned, sometimes group superiority can result in disastrous effects. However, many people have superiority instilled in the form of personal superiority. I think bring able to meeting commitments, however, is one of the most important characteristics to have because it deals a lot with how other people will see you and how reliable they think you are. This is important because judgment from other people is a big factor of your success since other people have to like your ideas in order for you to be successful.
