Jordan Brown My Relationship With God Your relationship with God is the most important things of the 6 key pillars. Your relationship with God means everything, without him there is nothing because through him there is everything. My God, our God, has provided us with everything we have to this day. He’s the reason we woke up this morning and the reason we’re breathing to this second. Nothing is promised in life, not in this time of day and not in the past either. When you feel like it’s too much to handle, no human being can truly understand you the way God can. The problem with this is many people believe God is real but many people also believe that he’s “only watching them from a distance” they feel as if God has no real desire to know them personally; I speak from what I know and information I acquire from my peers. Do this only for God and not yourself, he has all the answers and all the answers for any of your questions are in that Holy Book we know as the Bible. Secondly, you have to talk to God. He’s always listening no matter what you think he will always hear you out. When you talk to him you don’t have to use big words or try to sound holy he wants to hear from you, the real you, he wants to know your needs and concerns. Also talk to him all the time thank him for the good and the bad, praise him and thank him most of all, like I stated earlier everything comes through him. I’m sure plenty of you have heard the saying “you are what you eat” or “surround yourself with people you want to be like”. I believe you can use both for a good analogy. If you consume the word
